The intermittency of wind and solar power generation brings risks to the safety stability system. In order maximize utilization renewables, optimal control dispatch methods Distributed Energy Resources including generators, energy storage flexible demand are necessary be researched. This paper proposes an optimization model aggregation in facilitate integration renewables while considering benefits for dispatchable resources under time-of-use tariff. achieves multi-objective based on constraints day-ahead forecast, electric vehicles charging routines, DC flow. operating cost, renewable revenues storages considered optimized simultaneously through min–max unification method achieve optimization. proposed was then applied a modified IEEE-30 bus case, demonstrating that is able reconcile all participants Sensitivity analysis undertaken study impact initial states resource owners.
